my brother died of a heart attack last december 2002. he was 36.
my father's brother (in short, my uncle)died last week because of a heart attack.
my brother had a mild stroke just last saturday. thank heavens, he's okay.
heart ailment runs rampant in both sides of our family.
wala lang... scared lang... |

scared for yourself? di kaya may pattern - mga guys lang ang heartbroken in the family? pero most likely ata na yung mga lalaki ang inaatake sa puso at an early age kesa babae. pero pag inatake naman raw ang mga babae, matindi agad. sana di na lang heart attack, heartburn lang...

I still think about Kuya Don and his infectious laughter. Kuya Don, and all our friends and lovers who left this world all too soon, serve as reminders for us to live life to the fullest and to love with all of our hearts. Always or not at all.
