| gasp! |
i gained 4 kilos! partida pa iyan kasi i was down with acute tonsillopharyngitis since wednesday. my tonsils were (and still are) peppered with sores and hurt so much. i couldn't eat/swallow properly for 3 days. by friday, i was a little high. i knew my waistline had decreased. my unexpected and unplanned diet produced immediate results.
then came saturday and sinigang and coke. the doctor prescribed antibiotics for the sores, and told me to keep kissing and sweets off the menu for the moment. sinigang was difficult to resist. coke and ice were chosen rewards.
and today, i had: burger, fries, coke for lunch; two coke sakto plus fish crackers for meryenda. bonus: coffee jelly on vanilla ice cream c/o the boss for meryenda # 2.
and still i wonder why i've gained so much weight. |
